Admin Duties
Confirming matches: By Tues 9pm
- I send out match fixture details each week on Sunday/Monday.
- Home team needs to confirm match details with opposition manager and ref (if allocated) FIVE days before the match (normally by 9pm on Tuesday evening for Sunday matches) – manager details in handbook each team receives.
- Failure to do so results in the league fining the club

At the match
- The manager is responsible for the players, and must not leave till all players have been collected after the match.
- Manager subs on players and cheers them on.
- Reg Cards:
- Manager MUST have player reg cards with him at match. Do not play unregistered players
- Swap cards with opposition manager and check players are their players are all registered
- Home Team
- Balls: Provides the balls for the match
- Flags: Provides the linesman flags (one for home, one for away team – collect back after match)
- Referee
- Fees: Pay the ref in cash before the start of match, the club will refund you in batches of 5 ref fees at a time
U18 £40 | U15-16 £35 | U13-14 £30 | U11-12 £25 | U7-10 £20 - If the league has not appointed a referee, you can try to find one, doesn’t need to be qualified.
- If you can’t find a ref, you can ask opposition if they can ref match.
- Whoever refs the match (even if a parent), their details MUST be uploaded to the FT app, and they must be given a score 0-100. Any score less than 50 requires a written report explaining the low mark. So suggest keep them at or above 50
- Fees: Pay the ref in cash before the start of match, the club will refund you in batches of 5 ref fees at a time
Results after match: 5pm on day of match
- Results must be uploaded to Full Time website (see below image) FullTime Results page and for completness also email to fixtures and results secretary by 5pm on Sunday (9pm for midweek matches)
- If match is postponed or cancelled, both home and away teams must email fixtures sec to explain why match didn’t take place.
- Failure to do so results in a fine for the club

FA Full Time website
- The WFL use a website called FullTime to post fixtures, and record results, and you must use it to submit your results.
- If you are the admin for the team, you will receive an email inviting you to register for the FAs Full Time (FT). If you can’t access it, you need to let me know

Match report: By Tuesday 9pm

- Complete match report in the FT by Tuesday 9pm for Sunday games and within 48hrs for midweek matches, or we get fined.
- List all players who played in the match, and add goals scored and player of the match
- Opposition team score from 0-100
- Referee Score from 0-100
- Scores of 50 or less must be accompanied by a written explanation which I must sign, so suggest keep them at or above 50
- Failure to do this results in a fine for the club
